RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS (36 PORTIONS)
1. Three-fourths cup chocolate wafer crumbs
2. Three big eggs
3.A package of cream cheese softened fat-free
4. One teaspoon vanilla extract
5. Half a cup of sugar substitute Splenda
6. A cup of raspberries or strawberries
7.A spoonful of sugar substitute
8. Half cup nonfat sour cream
9. Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract

PROCEDURE:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray three small shortbread pans with vegetable cooking spray. Place a teaspoon in each space wafer crumbs, leaves sticking a bit and put the mold upside down to dispose of the surplus. Reservation.
