HEALTHY JUNK FOOD

1. Frozen beaten twice. It contains more air, although still as creamy as the traditional ice cream. Moreover, as it is prepared with real cream, it is less likely to contain artificial sweeteners. Half a cup of this ice cream can have about 100 calories, which is less than we have many brands of frozen yogurt.

2. Sweet Potato Fries. Cook sweet potato fries with a little olive oil can be a great way to convert a traditional junk food in a healthy delicious dish. Sweet potatoes contain high levels of fiber and vitamin A, important nutrients for many parts of the body, including the heart. In addition, studies show that nutrients and antioxidants in this tuber, can help reduce the risk of cancer.

3. Bitter Chocolate. This food contains flavonoids, a major antioxidant that helps lower blood pressure; we must be sure to get those whose cocoa content is over 70%. Dark chocolate with almonds may even be an even healthier alternative because almonds contain healthy fats.

4. Chips airy. Many brands of chips aerated offer this food free of artificial preservatives or corn oil. Also, being inflated, the bags contain less, which means less to eat, therefore fewer calories to ingest.
